Japan Candy Box

Win a Japan Candy Box {subscription box}

Posted on November 17, 2016December 2, 2016 by jenny

My obsession with subscription boxes continues and I was happy to be sent the October Japan Candy Box to review at home. I’ve reviewed a few of these before, it is a delicious monthly subscription box filled with 8-10 sweet treats from Japan.

Japan Candy Box

I’ve always enjoyed finding out more about Japanese culture and was excited to open the Japan Candy Box when it arrived. Unfortunately my children were equally excited so I found myself hurriedly taking photographs whilst they were opening and trying everything! We found we recognised some of the super cute characters on the packaging.

Inside the October box was the following items:
Kracie Nyoki Nyoki Kororon DIY Candy Kit
Rilakkuma Cookie Sticks
Bourbon Choco Anpan Bread Cookies
Kabaya Shuwabo Garitto Candy
Kabaya Shaka Shaka Gummy
Marukawa Halloween Gum
Puccho Chewy Candy – Strawberry
Coris Whistle Soda Candy
Meigum Candy Apple Soft Candy
Marukawa Hello Kitty Gum

We enjoyed trying them all. My 6 year old demolished the Bourbon Choco Anpan Bread Cookies which he really loved. My 4 year old liked making the Kracie Nyoki Nyoki Kororon DIY Candy Kit. This was the craziest thing we’ve ever seen and we were surprised we could make our own sweets following the Japanese instructions!
