what's in my treatbox?

Treatbox monthly subscription box

Posted on February 16, 2018September 14, 2019 by jenny

I love discovering monthly subscription boxes. My husband loves them, my children love them and I love them too! Who doesn’t love some happy mail every month. It totally counts as self care, right?

I was pretty excited to discover a new monthly subscription box containing sweet treats called treatbox. Each month you can receive a wonderful assortment of goodies from around the world. All sweets or chocolates are individually wrapped, so you can easily share the love – should you wish!

Treating myself to a treatbox

So what was inside my first treatbox? I do love to receive mail and was very happy when the post lady handed me my box. The treatbox came in a sturdy cardboard box and was pretty weighty. I did a tiny sneak preview over on my Insta stories as I was so excited. Underneath a layer of tissue paper was a wonderful assortment of chocolate from around the world.

Some of the brands I recognised, such as Milka, but others were new to me. The treatbox contents included Milka Daim, Divine Orange Milk Chocolate, Cote D’Or Dark Chocolate Bar, Ritter Sport Milk Chocolate with Seasalt and Almonds, Seed and Bean Raspberry and Vanilla, Cachet Extra Dark Chocolate, Baileys Truffle Bar, Droste Milk and White Chocolate Pastilles. There was also a bag of Little Diddy Pear Drops from The Treat Kitchen.

It has been pretty hard to enjoy the contents with the children around over half term. My children have a sweet tooth so I’ve been trying a bar of chocolate after they’ve gone to bed each night. So far I’ve really enjoyed the Milka Daim and the Ritter Sport Milk Chocolate with Seasalt and Almonds. Yummy!

Treatbox have a variety of boxes you can try including a Chocolate Lovers Treatbox, Candy Lovers Treatbox, Treatbox full of bars, Liquorice Lovers Treatbox and Retro Lovers Treatbox. Prices start at £15.00 for a monthly subscription which is pretty good value for so many products. Use the discount code TREATME10 to get 10% off your first purchase with FREE shipping on the treatbox website.

Oh wow! What a wonderful box of treats….So many delicious things to snack on. I think I would go straight for the pear drops. This would be a subscription box I would happily sign up to. x

So much chocolate. I didn’t hear about this subscription box before, but I’m sure I will hear about it again. Sounds fab.
