Yesterday we were invited to KidZania London for a turtely awesome skateboarding masterclass to celebrate the release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. My children love visiting Kidzania and I knew this would be a fun start to their half term week. My 6 year old loves his mini-skateboard so I knew he would love the opportunity to learn some moves from the professionals at Camp Rubicon.

KidZania was the perfect location for the masterclass and as soon as we arrived we were taken to the Stadium and the children were kitted out with knee pads, elbow pads and helmets. Then they were let loose on the skateboards. The kids were given loads of tips and tricks and they were soon whizzing around like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

After the masterclass had finished the children received special goody bags containing a copy of the DVD and we were allowed to spend the rest of the afternoon in KidZania. Although it was only a few days since our last visit, you can read our review of Halloween at KidZania here, we managed to squeeze in a visit to the Chocolate Factory, the Supermarket and my son was an Air Conditioning engineer again. I’ve never seen KidZania look and feel quite so busy and the queues were pretty long which was a shame but the kids still enjoyed themselves.
