Chip the cup from Beauty And The Beast

Tale as old as time {#BeautyAndTheBeast}

Posted on March 15, 2017March 15, 2017 by jenny

On Friday the live action version of Beauty And The Beast will be released at the cinema. My daughter and I loved the live action version of Cinderella so we can’t wait to go and see this together, we’ve even re-watched the old animated version a few times! We’re pretty big fans of Disney films and I’ve always loved the story of Belle. She’s a great adventurer and a strong female character, although I also have a soft spot for Mrs Potts, Chip, Lumiere and Cogsworth.

To get us in the mood for the release of Beauty and the Beast we were sent a bundle of toys from Jakks Pacific. They make lovely toys and my daughter was overjoyed to receive a parcel. Inside were three lovely new Beauty and the Beast toys, as well as the latest issue of Disney Princess magazine. It’s safe to say these have kept her busy over the last week.

Ballroom Belle

Ballroom Belle doll from Beauty And The Beast

A sweet friend to cherish, Ballroom Belle wears a beautiful yellow ball gown, her hair has been styled and she wears the iconic Tree of Life pendant necklace, inspired by the film.

The Enchanted Rose Jewellery Box

the Enchanted Rose in a glass case from Beauty And The Beast

The Enchanted Rose counts down how much time is left to break the spell, until the fate of the Beast and his enchanted staff are sealed. Can true love blossom before the last petal falls? The Enchanted Rose Jewellery Box gives your little one an extra-special place to store their treasures. Experience the beauty and magic over and over again as the enchanted rose opens, closes and lights up as the iconic song “Beauty and the Beast” is played; a collectible gold “feather” ring is included.

The Enchanted Objects Tea Set

The Enchanted Objects Tea Set from Beauty and the Beast

Once the human servants of a magnificent castle, these enchanted friends are the Beast’s faithful companions. They fondly remember the prince in his youth and what it was to be human, hoping that one day the spell will be broken. Mrs. Potts, the doting housekeeper who was transformed into a teapot, cares deeply for all who inhabit the castle – especially her fun-loving son Chip, the teacup, who is always on the move by way of his saucer. These two are not your average cup of tea!

The Enchanted Objects Tea Set from Beauty and the Beast

The Enchanted Objects Tea Set is perfect fold holding an enchanted tea party for two with Mrs. Potts and Chip! It has come lovely features. When you pour your tea Mrs. Potts’ eyes blink! And Chip can wobble on his saucer, just like the film. This beautiful set includes a teapot with removable lid, sugar bowl, two spoons, cups and saucers – perfect for tea for two!

We also received a copy of the latest Disney Princess magazine. This is one of our favourite magazines as it’s packed with stories and activities. This issue had some colourful jewellery which was perfect for playing dress up with.

I hope these lovely new toys have got you in the mood for the release of Beauty and the Beast this weekend. Ballroom Belle, (RRP: £24.99), The Enchanted Rose Jewellery Box (RRP £19.99) and The Enchanted Objects Tea Set (RRP:£19.99), all from Jakks Pacific.
