I know we haven’t had Halloween yet but I’ve been itching to show you our wooden Christmas tree. I’ve taken Edward swimming once a week at our local pool since he was little which he really enjoys. The lessons are quite structured (sometimes too structured) but I’m just happy that he loves the water and is happy and confident in it. He dislikes putting his head under water or using armbands so we just concentrate on having lots of fun! Edward’s going through a phase where nothing makes him happier than munching his way through a bag of crisps. To some people, this is probably akin to giving him a fruit shoot or biscuit but he has a balanced diet so this is his treat. Amanda Jenner, the lady behind the My Carry Potty, has just written her first children’s story book which is designed to help parents and their children take the stress out of potty training.
