Snowflake: Beautiful Christmas songs for you and your family

Posted on November 28, 2010 by jenny

This year we’re very excited, ok, I’m very excited, as it’s bubba’s first Christmas. This means I get to go completely over the top with buying Christmas presents, putting the decorations up and generally getting into the Christmas spirit earlier than ever. So I was very happy to review Snowflake, the new CD from The…

QuinnyCasters News #8

Posted on November 27, 2010August 29, 2017 by jenny

I failed miserably at the first QuinnyCasters assignment. My reporting of the opening and assembly of the Quinny Zapp Xtra failed to impress the judges and I didn’t win a prize. So I bought the Quinny footmuff from ebay which I love! It can be used on the Quinny and the Maxi-Cosi car seat so…

Little fingers

Posted on November 26, 2010December 10, 2014 by jenny

We were recently sent a BabyDan magnetic drawer/cupboard lock to review. I was supposed to dunk Edward right under the water twice but I was only brave enough to do it once! I’m not sure he’s completely happy with the dunking aspect…

We're still loving the Flip

Posted on November 16, 2010 by jenny

My youngest niece (aged 6) spotted the Flip in my bag and wanted to record her favourite cousin, so take a look at her efforts… [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3N9E2EM5iw&fs=1&hl=en_US] My sulky teenage (14 years old) niece also took a video but it was mainly of herself! Both loved using the Flip Ultra as it so easy to use….

Italian cooking magic

Posted on November 7, 2010April 22, 2016 by jenny

Pesto is a little bit of Italian cooking magic that Sacla have very close to their hearts. Pesto is perfect with pasta but can also be added to meat, fish and vegetables. Apparently a combination of freshly picked basil and Grana Padano cheese is the secret behind every recipeĀ  and all the sauces are made…
