    So far this summer we’ve been enjoying a Staycation. My husband has been recuperating after an operation so we have been exploring our local area which makes a nice change.     Hello everyone. Another extraordinary week in my household. We started the week with my husband being discharged from hospital but unfortunately he was back in within 24 hours. I’ve had another busy week juggling hospital visits and childcare but I’m pleased to say my husband is back home again. I’m not sure how so much was achieved with so much going on in the last 7 days.     I don’t share a lot of very personal things of my blog but you may have noticed that my blog posts and social media presence have been all over the place for the last 2 weeks. My husband had elective surgery recently but there were some complications, meaning he was in hospital a lot longer than we envisioned.
