    The weather has been amazing over the last few days. May has been a bit of mixed bag.     We have had such a lovely weekend with friends. Last week was really busy with SATs, my first week in my new job and my husband working in a different office.     Last week was good. I love a Bank Holiday Monday and we decided to visit Buckinghamshire Railway Centre and Waddesdon Manor.Buckinghamshire Railway Centre was huge and although the weather wasn’t great we all enjoyed riding on the trains.     My 5 year old demanded we bake some cakes this weekend and she knew just what she wanted to make – Paw Patrol inspired cupcakes. She’s been a big fan of those Paw Patrols pups since she started nursery last year and her obsession shows no sign of waning just yet.
