    We’ve been doing a lot of baking recently. I don’t know about you but we’ve always enjoyed baking, and now we have a lot more time on our hands. We are all excited that we have Easter to celebrate, especially as every day pretty much feels the same right now.     What I’m reading: Making Bread Together

    I hope it’s clear from reading my blog that we love cooking and baking together. My 4 year old has wanted to make pizza for a while and we finally got round to it. We made our pizza over two days, leaving the dough overnight in the airing cupboard. The children were very excited and fortunately patient. Finally the next day they were able to make their pizzas with a little help from daddy.  Everyone was able to roll their dough and make their own pizzas.     I love the way blogging seems to make me really aware of the seasons and holidays. Perhaps it’s just me trying to entertain 2 small children or spending too much time on Pinterest. Anyway St David’s Day seems to be our next holiday so we tried making Welsh cakes.
