ScentCo Scented Stationery review

ScentCo Scented Stationery review

Posted on October 1, 2017October 2, 2017 by jenny

It’s not four weeks since the children went back to school and those weeks have flown by. They have embraced their new schools and routines, although I have to say they are very tired come the end of the week!

This weekend we had to go out and buy new school shoes for my daughter as she just wasn’t managing the fake laces on her school shoes. The teacher basically told me she had to have shoes she could manage as they couldn’t spend all their time doing her shoe laces up.

This year my son is responsible for his own stationery and absolutely loves this aspect of school. His whole class seem to be obsessed with sharpening their pencils and we’ve already had to replace a few items due to over-use 🙂

Thankfully, we were sent a huge bundle of ScentCo Scented Stationery from DKL to review.  Both my children love stationery (actually I do too!), and adore the glitter and neon of the range which definitely adds a sparkle to any pencil case.

As well as being cute and colourful everything smells pretty good too! The smell is actually guaranteed for 2 years so you don’t need to worry about anything losing it’s smell.

Our bundle included Coloured Smencils, Graphite Smencils, Gel Crayons, a Watermelon pencil case, Lollipop Sketch and Sniff Note Pad and Smores Paperclips. Everything was carefully taken out of their packets and carefully given the sniff test to make sure they smelled like the pictures on them. It was quite funny to watch my children smell everything and pass it around to make sure everyone agreed.

The colours are vibrant and bright which means my children loved to use them. My 5 year old loves to draw and write and pretty stationery always seems to encourage her. She’s been trying all the colours of the smencils and still can’t decide which is her favourite.

I was allowed to keep the paper clips but everything else was divided up between my two. The ScentCo range is huge and includes seasonal items as well as Disney Princesses, Spiderman, the Avengers as well as rubbers, pencil cases and activity packs. Prices starts at around ÂŁ6.50 for the Graphite Pencils, and when the smell is guaranteed for 2 years, I think this is a pretty good price. If you need to top up school pencil cases like me, or are looking for something a little different then look out for ScentCo Scented Stationery. You can buy it from Amazon, Office Outlet and Rymans.
