A couple of weeks ago we were sent a lovely parcel of craft goodies from Baker Ross. There were so many craft packs it’s taking us a while to work our way through them, not that any of us have been complaining.
With Mothering Sunday coming up soon in the UK (March 30th) we thought it was a good time to take a closer look at the Mothering Sunday crafts. We were sent two packs of cards and all the children had to do was colour them in and add their own message.
The first craft we did was the MUM pop up cards. Each pack contains 8 cards of 4 assorted designs. They are 3D stand up greeting cards which you can colour and decorate with pens or pencils, the inside is blank for your own message. A pack of 8 is great value at only £1.99.
Our favourite were the Mother’s Day face cards which are new this year. They are pre-printed greeting cards, each with a Mother’s Day message, for kids to colour and add a face. They are great for decorating with fibre tip pens or crayons.
My children enjoyed them so much they made two each, the first they drew the face and coloured in, the second they added googly eyes and added my features. I’m not sure of the likeness but they had a lot of fun! This card also comes in a pack of 8 for only £1.99.
