Is it possible to pack too much into a week? I think so as our feet barely touched the ground last week. Thankfully we had a quiet weekend at home to recover. It’s time for my weekly post, all about the five things which made me happy.
We started the week with a lovely day at home making some unboxing videos. We received some fab toys to review recently and the children have had so much fun. Check out our YouTube channel for our latest reviews including the Nerf Modulus Regulator and the new Peppa’s Family Home Playset.
We had a day in London where we went to two really fun events. In the morning we visited the Biscuiteers to ice biscuits to celebrate the release of The Nut Job 2. In the afternoon we went to watch the new The Grossery Gang Movie followed by some fun activities which my children enjoyed.
After another day at home we went to Legoland Windsor. Did you know there is a screening room where you can watch films? We watched The Lego Scooby Movie before enjoying a day at Legoland. We were given VIP passes which meant we could jump to the front of any queue. I’ve never been on so many rides!
The next day we had booked tickets to Paw Patrol Live. My 5 year old loves Paw Patrol and I had dressed her head to toe in Paw Patrol clothes for the occasion. The show was pretty good, you can read more about it here, and we followed it with lunch and some shopping at the London Designer Outlet.
With all that travel into London I managed to finish Hot Milk by Deborah Levy. It was a good book but I’m really struggling to sum it up! I also went to a grown up session at Tatty Devine where we iced biscuits. More on that later. I didn’t have time to do much else but I’m hoping to fix my sewing machine so I can make some things this week.
Have a great week everyone!

August 7, 2017 at 8:27 pmIt’s definately possible to do too much in a week! Sometimes you just need to chill a little 🙂 London and Lego Land must have been tiring but sounds like you guys had fun. My nanny children would love to see Paw Patrol live!
