Yesterday we went to Westfield London and I couldn’t resist popping into the massive H&M there to check out a new line of clothing featuring our favourite little rabbit, Miffy. Mercis and fashion retailer H&M have joined forces to launch a range of apparel featuring Dutch artist Dick Bruna’s classic character Miffy. The Miffy x H&M collection comprises of clothing for babies (aged 0-24 months) and children (aged 2-14).
Did you know that Miffy is now 61 years old? I love the fact she is as appealing today as the day she was created by Dick Bruna. I’ve always liked the fact that the Miffy brand isn’t too commercialised. We have some much loved Miffy books my children adore to read. They had a few branded toys when they were younger and a set of cutlery but that was about it. So we were excited to see the new range.
A few weeks ago I was shopping for my daughter when I found the Miffy patterned leggings and sweatshirt with motif. She didn’t really need more clothes but I find H&M really good value for children’s clothes. The children seem to push their clothes to the limit but I’ve always dressed them in H&M and especially love their collaborations. My 4 year old loves Miffy and was so pleased with the clothes I picked for her that she wore them to a birthday party that weekend! The sweatshirt has Miffy’s face picked out in white sequins so it is the perfect top for the party season.
New pieces are being added all the time but you can currently pick up gorgeous onesies and soft terry socks for babies, tshirts, leggings and jumpers from the Miffy x H&M collection. You can shop in store or online, so make sure you snap up some of the collection before they’re gone!
