Like many people I love the first day of the month as I receive lots of emails about the latest subscription boxes! I like to treat myself to one a month, as they don’t usually arrive until the end of that month it gives me something to look forward to. It seems a while ago since I signed up for the March Lucky Dip Club box and I was so disappointed to see people showing glimpses of the box whilst I was away on holiday!
Anyway, we arrived home yesterday and I was so happy to see my March Lucky Dip Club box amongst the boring brown envelopes.
This is only my third Lucky Dip Club box (you can ready my previous unboxings of the July 2015 Lucky Dip Club box and October 2015 Lucky Dip Club box). This is probably my favourite subscription box and I love the way it’s always fresh and exciting. New for this year is the Girl Planet mini magazine, issue 3 was in the March box. I love the DIY which makes use of the cardboard packaging!
This cute yellow and white polka dot paper bag contains a crochet bunny plant pot cosy DIY kit. Regular readers will know I can’t crochet for toffee so I always feel a little disappointed when I receive a crochet kit. This one looks super cute so hopefully I will find someone I can pass it on to.
I love my personalised hand painted bunny brooch. This is one thing I will definitely be using.
There was a colourful, bunny wallet filled with pastel coloured motivational cards. I’m a big fan of motivational cards and these are cute although I have nowhere to put them since my 4 year old stole the wallet!
I’m not sure if I like the mashed up Strawbunny pin….
But I like the Bunny love sticker set and will use them to add some colour to my planner.
I’m sure you have guessed that the theme for the March Lucky Dip Club box was bunnyland and was a collaboration between the Lucky Dip Club and Pony People. I’d never heard of them before but I like their style so it’s always great to discover new designers.
My one-off box cost £20 which is a lot but I love my personalised badge and if I could make the DIY kit I would be really happy. Fingers crossed I go back to work soon as I would love to have a monthly subscription to this box!
If you want to hear more about the person behind Lucky Dip Club then you may be interested in episode 5 of the Blogtacular podcast. I’ve just discovered them and they are really interesting and inspiring – they are also getting me in the mood for the Blogtacular conference this year!
