Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Bridge Kit review

Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Bridge Kit review

Posted on October 29, 2017December 21, 2018 by jenny

It’s been a while since we reviewed any Hot Wheels sets but today we have a brilliant one to share with you. Both my children have always loved toy cars. They are always close to hand in the living room and I love the different ways my children play with them. We have a few Hot Wheels tracks. They come up with all sorts of genius tracks to make play really fun and spark imagination. Today we’re going to tell you about the Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Bridge Kit from Mattel.

Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Bridge Kit

The Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Bridge Kit contains one car, over 70 pieces of track and even the box can be incorporated into play (a bit like the Hot Wheels Track Builder System Stunt Kit we reviewed last year)! With Track Builder, there’s no limit to what can be created, especially now that it’s fully brick compatible too! You can create your own outrageous stunts, experiment with speed and keep challenging yourself to Make it EPIC! Take a look at our unboxing video to see what’s inside the box:

We all loved the look of this set when we unboxed it. It included an instruction booklet so my 7 year old immediately made a start whilst I found the batteries needed to make the bridge work. He gave up really easily for him, normally he loves to build his toys, but I think he was just too tired to put this one together. So I helped him put it together whilst his younger sister drove the car around the house.

Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Bridge Kit review

The Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Bridge is the ultimate piece in your Hot Wheels world of stunting. Launch your cars when the motorized bridge arm is mid-way up! Complete an epic jump across the dangerously large gap (and evade whoever is on your tail!).

You can launch two Hot Wheels cars through the motorized bridge (although only one comes with the set) and see which one conquers one of the three suggested challenges. Then move the bricks and bridge around and try to tackle the next challenge. This is a great set for two to play, there’s nothing like some healthy competition for my kids!

The Stunt Bridge Kit has three sets in one, with multiple configurations. You can even combine it with other track and bricks for even more fun. Both my children have been enjoying playing with this set. We all love the motorised bridge and multiple configurations. The introduction of the bricks (which are compatible with other ranges) is interesting and we liked how they could be moved around the bridge.

I liked that there were three suggested challenges which means there is so much play potential with this set. My children have played with this for hours and I can see them having lots more fun with it. Hot Wheels sets are great for hours of imaginative play and good for kids who love problem solving too.

The Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Bridge Kit is newly launched and would make a great gift this Christmas. It’s suitable for ages 5 and over and priced at £49.99. It is available from Amazon and all good toy shops.
