The weather has been pretty poor over the school holidays but we’ve had a ew nice days here and there. With the weather forecasting good weather we had a go at making some ice lollies in some little moulds I bought at Flying Tiger. The recipe was simple but it was something the kids could do and enjoy.
You can make any kind of homemade lollies but I wanted them to be eye catching so used cute little gummy bears!

How to make Gummy Bear Coconut Water Ice Lollies
I poured the Coconut Water into a jog so my 7 year old could make the lollies. He poured the water into the moulds whilst my 5 year old added the gummy bears.
They looked really cute and colourful and you can probably imagine how many sweets got eaten whilst they were being made.
We placed them in the fridge for a few hours and waited for the sun to come out before we ate them. The coconut Water was just about transparent enough to see the frozen gummy bears.
Coconut water is delicious when made into ice lollies and the kids loved discovering the frozen little gummy bears.
Cute and colourful and perfect for the summer holidays!

These seem like great fun to make and super tasty to eat! I’m gutted I’m allergic to Gummy Bears, or else this would have been made tomorrow! Glad you guys had fun making them and snacking on them!
These I really do like the sound of, what a clever idea x
I love these, they sound amazing and look good too. Would be fun to create these with alcohol for adults! Gummy bears are AMAZING though.
Making ice lollies is so much fun we use squash and fresh fruit I had never through of using coconut water though! X
Haha! What an absolutely amazing and creative way to use gummy bears!
What a really fun activity! Not too difficult too. I always loved making my own ice lollies when I was little!
Ah these look adorable, and I bet they’re perfect for warm weather as coconut water is meant to be super hydrating! 🙂
