Monday Happy List

Five Happy Things {Week 458}

Morph’s Epic Art Adventure London

Starting the week by writing the Happy List is something I’ve been doing for a while. This is my chance to sit down and reflect on the things that made me happy in the previous week, as well as to record some of our family adventures. It’s a post I always love to write.

Five Happy Things {Week 458}

Last week felt like a big week as my daughter had her last day in Year 6, and therefore the last day at Junior school. In September she will be going to a new school in a different area. She enjoyed a BBQ and disco at school and got her shirt signed by everyone. School finished early so we met all her friends at the park for a few hours.

My daughter had Friday off so I took the day off and we went into London together. We decided to go and look for more of the Morph’s Epic Art Adventure London sculptures and walked the part around London Bridge City.

Both my children headed off to Scout camp for a week. They had so much to pack into their rucksacks and I stitched a lot of names of items on clothing.

Over the weekend my husband and I headed into London to explore The Tusk Gorilla Trail at Covent Garden and watch Oppenheimer at the Science Museum Imax cinema.

I finally finished my Cotton Clara X Maptote London embroidery hoop. I have a sudden burst of activity over the last week and it all came together really quickly.

Have a great week!

    Our middle child had her last day in Year 6, along with a disco, and it felt really emotional and exciting! I am so glad you both got to have a fun friday in London.
