Exogini toys are here!

Exogini toys are here!

Posted on March 15, 2018 by jenny

A few weeks ago we were sent an intriguing box which promised an afternoon of fun for my 7 year old. He received a special box which was just asking to be unboxed.

Exogini unboxing

We’d seen the Exogini’s in our local toy store so he was delighted to be sent a special Exogini’s box to open. He pushed the centre of the box which opened to reveal an Exogini playmat, guide to some of the 23 characters as well as a selection of figures. The box doubled as a display unit.

You can take a look at our unboxing video to see how much my 7 year old had unboxing his Exogini’s:

Exoginis are small alien figures who gain their powers from the stars. Crashing here on earth by mistake, they are persuaded by their boss that they did come here with a purpose; And that is…..to conquer the earth! They are powerful! They are brave! Well, they are 6cm tall and have no idea of our world!

We thought the Exoginis were very cute. The small alien figures from outer space have a special light-up function. They gain their powers from the stars and magically light-up in the dark and switch off in the light (via a small switch on the back of their heads)! We put them in the box so we could see how they lit up.

Each character has his own personality. My 7 year old liked Octopot who’s a bit of a joker and Blaaaaaah, a carnivorous, telepathic alien weed that does not like to put down roots!

You can collect playsets too, such as the Exogini Exoship, for more imaginative play. We also like the sound of the Ufoginis – special UFO’S that activate the aliens light up function. There are 6 different Ufoginis to collect. Each Ufogini comes with one exclusive alien light-up figure. The UFO’s are also compatible with the Exogini Exoship!

Oh they sound like something my son would like too! I haven’t heard of them before but I’ll keep an eye out for them next time we’re out shopping.

I like the sound of Blaaaaaaah – my kind of alien. I feel a bit like him today actually. Ieuan would love these.
