Ella’s Kitchen the cook book – review and competition

The Ella’s Kitchen: the cook book is packed full of 100 yummy recipes ranging from Speedy snacks to Dee-licious dinners and creative activities to make mealtimes fun for all of the family. We were sent a copy to review and really love it!

Ella's cook book

This is a great cook book packed full of mouthwatering recipes. We always have a cupboard full of Ella’s Kitchen products and this is just what I imagined their cook book would be. There are 100 nutritious and delicious recipes for lunches, dinners, puddings and treats. There are some great time-saving ideas, such as using an Ella’s Kitchen pouch as a shortcut for a sauce or to add colour. There’s also a handy section at the end called ‘Hooray for the Weekend’ with recipes which you can take your time over.

There are some lovely sounding recipes. The toddler and I have already made the Cosy cottage pie, which everyone enjoyed, especially my mum who is currently staying with us. It was made with potatoes, sweet potato, carrot, onion, tomatoes and peas so I know it’s full of the good stuff my children need. It also made enough to freeze a couple of portions, always a winner!
