I love counting down to Christmas. Our house is full of gingerbread houses to build and decorate, new crafts to try and of course, a tree to buy and decorate. I’m always on the look out for easy crafts for the kids to do, especially after school when we all need some craft time. Gingerbread Man bookmark for kids

Make an easy Gingerbread Man bookmark for kids:
Gather your supplies and print out the free PDF template for the gingerbread bookmark craft. Cut out the template pieces and transfer to the coloured card – brown for the gingerbread man, red and white for the hat, green for the scarf, blue for the buttons, pink for the mouth and white for the icing and eyes.
Now, glue the white zigzag paper pieces on the gingerbread man.
Then, glue the buttons on his tummy.
Glue the hat’s white trim on the bottom part of the hat.
Glue the hat on top of the gingerbread man’s head.
Glue the scarf on the neck of the gingerbread man.
Then, glue the eyes and mouth with the gingerbread man’s face.
Use a marker pen to draw the eyeballs on to the white eyes.
Glue a craft stick on the back of the gingerbread man so you can use it as a festive bookmark this Christmas.
