Doc McStuffins Playtime Lotto Game review

Posted on August 28, 2015August 30, 2015 by jenny

Over the school holidays the children were sent some lovely toys to review. My 3 year old really loves the Doc McStuffins Playtime Lotto Game from Jumbo.

That was fun! The whole day you have been playing in and around the house taking good care of your friends, and now the time has come to clean up. But where did you leave your stethoscope and your bandages? Can you find all the things you have left behind?

Doc McStuffins Playtime Lotto Game

The Lotto game consists of 2 game boards that make up Doc’s house, 24 round picture cards, 4 lotto cards, 4 playing figures with stands, 1 colour dice and printed rules.

Pick your character and matching lotto gamecard, then take it in turns to move around the board picking up the pieces you need. It is a fun game and my children loved choosing their character and trying to collect the pieces they needed to fill up their Doctor’s bag. They also liked the fact the 3D game board has 4 different rooms – Doc’s playhouse, her bedroom, the kitchen and the garden.  It’s a sweet game for fans of Doc McStuffins and just the right length for people with small concentration spans.

Unfortunately we found the cardboard quite flimsy and it actually ripped the first time we put the house together. We mended it with sticky tape and it’s holding up quite well. The plastic stands were also difficult to slot the cardboard figures into and one snapped, so we took some from another game.

Doc McStuffins Playtime Lotto Game can be played by between 2 and 4 players and is suitable for ages 4 and over. It is priced £7.99 and available from Amazon and all good toy shops.

Disclosure – we were sent the toy to review.

This looks like a cute and enjoyable game, it sucks that some of it ripped though! xo
