Win Colour Me Mindful colouring books for adults

Colouring books for adults is a big trend this year. I admit to investing in a few as they are great for pulling out when you need to switch off and relax for a while. Having young children who love to colour means I do my fair share of colouring Peppa Pig and Shopkins, so it’s lovely to bring out my own colouring books.

Today three stress reducing colouring books for adults – Colour Me Mindful: birds, tropical and underwater by Anastasia Catris are published by Orion in paperback. These stress reducing colouring books for adults are a perfect handbag size and priced £4.99. I received early copies to try for myself and I hope you have seen me sharing my pics on Instagram and Twitter.

Discover a world of beautiful artwork by illustrator Anastasia Catris with three different themes to inspire and calm your mind – Underwater, Tropical and Birds. Each book features 64 pages of original designs that will sharpen your mind as you colour. It is a fun and relaxing form of therapy which you can indulge in every day.

I relax in lotes of ways, but during health issues since October I have a couple that a prefer the most, one is lying in the sun in my back garden on a warm sunny day with my headphones in listening to music, the other way is to get comfy in bed with a good film on and the dog lying on the bed beside me.
