    It’s been so dreary lately that we wanted to make something colourful today. My 3 year old has wanted to make sun catchers for a while so today we made some daffodil ones using ready cut frames and cellophane squares. I cut the cellophane squares into smaller pieces, placed the frame on a piece of contact paper and set everything out for my daughter. She had fun enjoying what colours to put where.     Over the past couple of months I’ve been slowly embroidering hexagons for Wild Olive’s Spring Stitching Club quilt, a fun weekly stitching club. I finished the embroidered panel but needed to put the quilt together. I’m not great at finishing projects so I blogged about my progress in the hope it would encourage me to complete it.     The weather has been a bit of a mixed bag lately so we’ve been coming up with lots of Spring crafts to cheer the place up.
