    We had some amazing adventures over the Easter holidays. We stayed at home this year but had lots of trips out planned – mainly as my children just have so much energy! We went into London quite a lot, enjoying a trip to the opera and a Star Wars exhibition as well as local days out at the park and Lido.     April is going so quickly but the longer days and warmer weather means we spend a lot longer outdoors. This weekend we stayed local because we laid a new floor in my son’s bedroom. Thankfully the children were happy to play outside, especially when they received some special happy mail. Outdoor play is really important for the whole family. Fresh air and exercise always equals a good nights sleep for everyone and my children know they have to play outside for at least 30 minutes if they want to earn their pocket money!
