We have been crafting a lot over the last few weeks. The days are so short that we enjoy crafting at the table and had a lot of fun making a cardboard tube wreath, using cardboard tubes from the recycling bin. If you’re looking for a fun Christmas craft for kids then why not try this cardboard Tube Wreath craft?
You will need:
Cardboard tubes
Green Paint
Foam paint brush
Red pom poms (about 1/4 inch)
Glue or glue dots
Ribbon
Paper or styrofoam plate
Scissors
Cardboard Tube Wreath craft for kids
Paint the cardboard tubes with green paint. Allow to dry.
From the paper or styrofoam plate, cut a large hole out of the middle.
Cut each cardboard tube into thirds.
Attach the cardboard tube pieces around the hole in the plate.
Cut a length or ribbon and tie into a bow.
Glue the bow at the top of the plate.
Add pom poms to the cardboard tubes to resemble holly berries.
There you have your easy cardboard tube wreath craft for kids. I love red and green and think this makes a really fun craft for kids this Christmas.
