Over the last few weeks my children have had the lovely task of putting some of the latest Bob the Builder toys through their paces. Smoky Toys have brought out a new range of toys which I want to tell you about today. Read on for your chance to win one of them too!

This was the largest item so the first item we got out. It required a little effort putting it together but my children have been enjoying this toy. Work like Bob the Builder with the Bob the Builder First Workbench. It includes over 30 tools and accessories, including a saw, hammer, spanner as well as many screws, bolts and construction pieces. The First Workbench even comes with a working Bob the Builder drill. Press the trigger and watch the drill spin! All the tools are designed exactly like the ones Bob uses on his TV show!

Styled just like the power tools from the hit childrens TV show, the Smoby Bob the Builder Electric Chainsaw features motorised child-safe blades that rotate around the edge of the saw when you turn it on, just like the real thing. Making a realistic chainsaw noise when turned on, press the trigger and you get an additional sawing noise as well!

Bob the Builder Jigsaw

Work like Bob the Builder with this role play Bob the Builder Electric Jigsaw. The in-built electric motor moves the child-safe plastic saw blade up and down and the power tool makes a sawing sound. There’s even a red light to make it look like a laser – just like Daddy’s!

My children have been having lots of fun with the new Bob the Builder toys. They are compatible with all the other Smoby Bob the Builder role play toys so there has been plenty for them both to play with. Luckily we have been working on our own kitchen so there has been plenty of opportunity for the children to get involved with their toys. They love role play toys and these are lots of fun for fans of Bob the Builder.
