This afternoon I’m sharing a quick and healthy baked eggs in tomatoes, parmesan and basil recipe from Lion Eggs and vlogging sisters, Crumbs Food. Our family love eating eggs and I find they are a really versatile ingredient and something we always have.
Ingredients needed to make baked eggs:
cherry tomatoes or a tin of chopped tomatoes
red pepper
basil
olive oil
black pepper
parmesan
garlic
2 eggs
How to make baked eggs:
I love the fact it only takes a few minutes to prepare and 10 minutes in the oven. It’s definitely something I could make and the whole family would enjoy.
