Back to Best Weight Loss Challenge

Posted on September 20, 2012February 27, 2025 by jenny

When I saw a new challenge on BritMums, to lose weight with Weight Watchers, I knew I had to apply. Two babies in two and a half years has left me with a body I don’t like. I’m not vain but I want to look good for myself, my husband and children. I also want to wear nicer clothes and be healthier. My biggest challenge is to carry on baking but making it as healthy as possible!

Starting tomorrow and for the next 3 months I will be participating in the Weight Watchers weight loss programme using the ProPoints system with a group of other bloggers. I will be monitoring my progress with their new iPhone app which I’m hoping will make the process easier.

WeightWatchers have kindly given me a 6-month Weight Watchers membership, as well as a bumper hamper with everything I need to help with the challenge, including the ProPoints 2012 Starter Deluxe Pack, two lovely new Weight Watcher recipe books, a fabulous scale for measuring my food portions, a food hamper and cooking utensils to help in the kitchen.

I will be writing a couple of blog posts here about my progress up until Christmas, you can also follow my tweets too @gingerbread_mum – wish me luck!
