A little Bank Holiday shopping

Posted on May 3, 2014February 6, 2015 by jenny

Are you enjoying the Bank Holiday Weekend so far? Today we visited the Shuttleworth Collection and enjoyed lots of fresh air and sunshine. I’m not sure if the weather is going to last all weekend, no matter as we’re planning on doing lots of DIY tomorrow and Monday. Fortunately we don’t need to leave the house as we have already done our food shopping for the weekend thanks to Morrisons.

shoppingLittle Sis helping me shop at Morrisons

Since last Thursday Morrisons have cut the prices on over a thousand of your favourite products. Not temporary reductions or supermarket smoke and mirrors, these are new every day low prices on the things you buy every week. So you’ll notice the difference with every shop.

I'm cheaperAnd although they have cut prices, they haven’t cut corners. You can check pricing at www.Morrisons.com/pricecuts. Just look out for the yellow markers when you shop in store and online at morrisons.com. If it says I’m cheaper you know it’s staying cheaper.

We took enough food for a picnic whilst we were out. After a morning spent walking around the children were really hungry. They were happy to sit in the car and eat, see how happy they looked. I think they were also happy to sit in each others’ car seats too! Little Sis also insisted on sitting on her brothers’ lap, it’s a good job she’s small!

When we got home I made a delicious lasagne for dinner which is one of our favourite dishes. We’ll be eating like Kings for the rest of the weekend too, thanks to Morrisons!

Disclosure – I was given Morrisons vouchers in order to write this post

We don’t have a Morrison’s locally but the only time I’ve been in one sadly they were v poor on the “free from” side that we rely on. That lasagne looks delicious though!

I used to shop at Morrisons but since I moved there isn’t one nearby. Your kids had a fun shopping time.

I am not a regular Morrisons shopper as I find Aldi cheaper, but I do love their fruit and veg section, especially all the dry ice and sprays!
