Yesterday we were invited to a wonderful Poopsie Slime Surprise pop up event in London. Poopsie Slime Surprise is the latest collectable unboxing toy for kids and one both my children enjoy. The toys are fun to unbox with layers of surprises and slime! You can read our review of the Poopsie Poop Pack, the Poopsie Surprise Unicorn, Poopsie Sparkly Critters. I kept the event as a surprise and after a quick trip to the Lego Store in Leicester Square, we headed to the venue.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a colourful event for kids! The venue was decorated with a rainbow of balloons, a slime making station, craft table, unicorn hair salon, sweet treats and a photo opportunity. Where to start?

The kids just couldn’t walk past the Ultimate Photo Moment, especially when it involved sitting on a giant toilet. They both posed for multiple photos and were given copies to take home as a souvenir.

Right next to the photo was the amazing sweet treats stand from Pan-N-Ice! Have you heard of them before? They make the prettiest desserts in the shape of ice rolls. We’d never seem them before and loved watching the ingredients being mixed on the ice pans, before scraping them into rolls. I had no idea what they were (slices of ham came to mind) before I realised what they were. There were 3 delicious Poopsie Slime Surprise flavours to try.

Of course the kids just had to take part in the Super slime workshop hosted by Slime Party UK. The kids LOVE making slime and were happy to join in with the fun. They were given mixing bowls and added shaving foam, glue and activator, then were able to add sprinkles or scent. They were given tubs to take it all home with them.

There were unicorn headbands to make as well as an opportunity to try out the Unicorn hair salon from Keash LDN. Sadly my daughter never lets me brush her hair, let alone do anything with it. Instead we headed through to grab some food, which we all needed after so much fun. We left with lovely goody bags filled with colourful Poopsie Slime Surprises including the new Poopsie Cutie Tooties Surprise, of which there are 25 to collect. The children played with them at home today and they are lots of fun, filled with slime and a surprise Cutie Tootie collectible character.

Poopsie Slime Surprise are suitable for children aged 6 and over, and available from all good toy shops including Smyths and The Entertainer.
