Pass the Pigs! {game review}

Pass the Pigs! {game review}

Posted on August 15, 2017September 15, 2024 by jenny

We’re currently away and had to be quite careful what we packed due to lack of space in the car. This was especially hard for my children as there are so many things they can’t possibly live without! The one thing they both agreed on was Pass the Pigs, a really fun game we’ve been playing recently.

Pass the Pigs! {game review}

There are two fun Pass the Pigs games available, both offering weatherproof playtime fun: Pass the Pigs and Giant Pass the Pigs.

Pass the Pigs comes in a travel case with two cute dice pigs, pencils and score pad.

Giant Pass the Pigs includes two adorable inflatable pigs which are great for gardens, parks or inside on the floor, as well as pencils and a score pad.

Pass the Pigs game

The game is quite simple and suitable for all ages. Fantastic fun for the whole family, Pass the Pigs is so easy to play. Simply throw the 2 piggies up in the air and see how they land. Compare the pigs landing positions with your scorecard and earn points, the first to 100 wins.

We’ve played until one sheet of the scorecard is full as my children are only 5 and 7. They absolutely love this game and it’s the perfect size to fit in my handbag. We’ve been taking it with us on days out and it definitely helps keep the kids occupied while we’re waiting for lunch or enjoying a drink at the pub.

The Giant Pass the Pigs has been played at home. The pigs are just the right size as the kids can inflate them themselves. Plus they double up as pool inflatables!

Pass the Pigs game

Pass the Pigs and Giant Pass the Pigs cost £9.99 and £14.99 and are available from Amazon and all good toy shops.

    I can’t believe they’re still making this game, and now in giant format! We have a set that we used to play with when we were kids – it was my dads, and has little tiny rubber pigs in it. The pads and pencil are long gone, but we still have the pigs 🙂 x

    This looks like so much fun! Always looking for new games to play with the kids of the family. This would be so much fun with my little cousins, have to check it out!
