Regular readers know how much I love subscription boxes. They are a great way to try out new products and I’ve tried some fab ones, ranging from food to stationery to craft kits and more. My husband is finally getting in on the act as today we are reviewing Cornerstone, a men’s shaving subscription service.
My husband is pretty furry, like most men, and doesn’t spend much time on his appearance. He does enjoy shaving though and has a collection of good quality products he has built up over the last few years. I couldn’t wait to see what he thought of Cornerstone, a super flexible and convenient subscription service which sends shaving supplies including razors, shave gel and post-shave balm.
A few weeks ago my husband received a lovely Cornerstone gift set containing Pre-Shave Face Scrub, Sensitive Shave Gel, Sensitive Cooling Post-Shave Balm, 6 x razor blades and a personalised handle.
He’s used all the products a few times now. It’s great to see him spending time looking after his skin and it’s really noticeable that he has been too. My 5 year old has been very impressed. She was the first to refuse kisses from my husband due to his ‘scratchy’ face and chin. Since he’s been shaving using the Cornerstone products she has been happy to be kissed.
The Cornerstone subscription service is really easy to use and let’s you customise your plan according to how often you shave and what products you would like included. They also sell the gift set which we have tried, as well as a gorgeous leather wash bag and gift cards. Their products would make a great gift for Father’s Day later this month.
