I know my readers love to hear about the latest competitions so this evening I am sharing one hosted by IntoTheBlue as it’s creative and fun.
My children love to chat. This morning my 6 year old crept into bed with me and immediately started talking about what he wanted to build in Minecraft! Thankfully I’ve perfected the art of listening whilst imagining myself elsewhere. Sometimes I just imagine a long, hot bath with a glass of wine. Sometimes whilst waiting at school pick up I imagine myself somewhere warm and sunny ….
Imagination is a wonderful thing and for sharing an experience that you would love to see, *you* could be the lucky winner of some great prizes.
I’ve been giving my perfect experience some thought. I can’t decide between two. Now don’t laugh as you read on.
I love my collection of Orla Kiely bags and homewares. Our house is pretty much a shrine to her print and patterns. I would love to visit her design studio and see how she works. Or maybe get a front row seat at her latest fashion launch. Or visit the Orla Kiely shop in New York. Or afternoon tea with the lady herself followed by some handbag shopping!
Regular readers know I have been embracing paper cutting recently. I’m a huge admirer of Poppy Chancellor so would love a one-to-one workshop where I could pick her brains about the things I get stuck on. I would ask for her top tips to improve my skills, and maybe ask for some cheeky personalised templates.
It’s easy to get carried away, but it’s also really fun to imagine the impossible.
Share your Impossible Experiences to win
If you fancy having a go, simply share your idea on Twitter or Facebook using the #impossibleexperiences and you will then appear on the social wall at the bottom of the competition page on IntoTheBlue. The most creative and innovative ideas will receive a £200 IntoTheBlue gift voucher to spend on experience days you can actually go on! You can find out more on their website, along with all the T&Cs.
Disclosure – I was compensated for this post.
