Ready for Winter with Hotter

I have a confession to make. I don’t like shoe shopping. There I’ve said it, and I’m sure I’m not alone. I have wide feet and I hate shoe shopping so only have a few favourite pairs. Over the last few years I’ve been getting some pains in one of my feet and recently found out I had plantar fasciitis. Reading up about it I knew it could be eased by wearing good quality shoes, so was pretty delighted to be asked to review my local Hotter shoe store.

So far this winter I’ve been wearing my favourite black boots. They are really old but comfortable and as I dislike buying shoes I was in no hurry to change them. However, I knew good shoe support could ease my discomfort so off I went to hear more about Hotter shoes and see if I could find some new shoes.

There is a Hotter store inside The Pavilions Shopping Centre in Uxbridge which isn’t too far from where I live. I am always browsing their boots and had a quick look online to see if there were any styles I liked. Straight away I fell for their Pixie Boots, so when I arrived at the store these immediately caught my eye.

I chatted to one of the staff who were really helpful and knowledgeable about their shoes. I tried on the Pixie Boots and found them really comfortable. They come in warm autumn shades with faux fur lining and charming tassel detail. I picked aubergine which isn’t my usual colour but I am so bored of wearing black! They are gently supported by a cushioned antibacterial insole and lightweight sole so I’m finding them super light to wear. So far I’ve been wearing them around the house as the soft faux fur lining means they feel like slippers!

A big thank you to Hotter for inviting me to find out more about their shoes and boots.

I have come across the brand Hotter Shoes on blogs for a good few months now and I am always impressed by the selection on offer.
