Making Minion balloons with Balloon Time

Last week my husband celebrated his birthday. I won’t tell you how old he is but it was a big birthday and our celebrations are lasting longer than usual. We’re all a little Minion obsessed at the moment so we held a Minion inspired birthday party. First we had to decorate and used a fun kit from Balloon Time to help us.

The Balloon Time Helium Kit contained a portable helium tank, 30 latex balloons and ribbon for £22 which I thought was very reasonable. We bought the kit from Asda and the children couldn’t wait to see how it worked.

The portable helium tank was really easy to use which meant inflating the balloons took minutes – much better than buying them and squeezing them into the car!

Then we decorated the yellow and purple balloons to look like Minions. We used some really fun stickers to make a couple.

Balloons are great for any occasions and as helium doesn’t expire, you can use the tank to fill the balloons once or for multiple occasions. Balloon Time Helium Kits can be found at major retailers and party supply stores all over the country.

I’m working with BritMums and Balloon Time as part of the “Celebration Club”, highlighting inventive and fun ways of using balloons. I was provided with a Balloon Time helium kit and have been compensated for my time. All editorial and opinions are my own. Visit www.balloontime.com for more information and party inspiration.

Oh this looks such fun. My kids love the Minions. And like you say, so much better to blow up balloons at home, than carry them through town and then have to squeeze them into the car. Tx
