I don’t know about you, but I am counting down the days until I finish work for the Easter holidays. Although it hasn’t been a long time since half term it’s been busy and I can’t wait for a break from routine. The children seem to add more and more after school clubs every term which makes for a real juggle around homework and relaxing.
We have some really fun plans for the Easter holidays. We will be catching up with friends, exploring London and hopefully having a little break by the seaside too. I love anything from Hotel Chocolat. They currently have a lovely selection of gifts for Easter and I couldn’t resist picking up a few of the Easter H Box. Each one contains 15 fresh Easter-inspired recipes from Boozy Simnel Cake to Strawberries & Cream with real Champagne truffles, super-smooth pistachio pralines and creamy macadamia in salted caramel. Each egg is an individual work of art, the colours of spring are all natural, with nothing artificial, ever. Gilded foil adds a splash of spring luxury. It’s a great size for sharing, although you could also keep it for yourself.
