With the wintery weather we are forecast this weekend I thought I would write about one of our favourite places to go when the weather is bad. My children have always enjoyed soft play. When we lived in North London we would frequent Clown Town and Little Dinosaurs. We went so many times we actually had loyalty cards! When we moved over to West London we found that soft play areas were few and far between. Fortunately we quickly discovered Jungle Monkeyz. It doesn’t look much from the outside, in fact you have to drive past quite a few houses to get there. You’ll find it next to the Tennis Club and an Indian restaurant.
Wet weather? {Jungle Monkeyz}
As well as being a good place to spend an hour on a wet day we also go there for a lot of birthday parties. Both my children have had their parties there too, it was so much easier than hiring a Church hall and doing it all ourselves!
Jungle Monkeyz is a typical indoor soft play centre. There is a small soft play area for babies. Then a junior zone with a 3 tier play structure and adventure zone for bigger kids, aged 2-9 year. Both my kids love this and disappear into it as soon as we go. They only come out if they need a drink!
There is a small cafe and, of course, free wifi for parents so you can sit and relax whilst your children play.
Upstairs is a party room where we’ve been to plenty of parties! You can decorate it if you’re having a party so we’ve filled it with balloons, cakes and party bags. It’s bright and colourful and a lovely place to have a party.
I think that our soft play days will soon be behind us. This year my son is having a birthday party at home and my children are growing up far too quickly!

March 5, 2017 at 9:51 amI wish they had a place like this for older kids near me. I’ve always wanted one of those trampoline parks! This looks great though!
