I hate being photographed. I’m not sure when it started, but when I was looking through all the photos I’ve taken of Edward since he was born I realised there were only a couple of us together. Over the next few weeks I will rectify this.
In honour of the theme of this week’s gallery: self-portrait I’ve chosen the following:
a picture of me at the Royal Clarence in Exeter
Me in a very stupid (but necessary) hat on a ferry off the Norwegian coast on honeymoon
This post was written for Week 12 of Tara’s Gallery.
The theme this week was a Self-Portrait.

May 25, 2010 at 10:14 pmYou know when my twins were born I had Bells palsy in my face so not only did I not want pictures taken but my family could totally understand and went with my wishes as i looked like I had had a stroke. It breaks my heart to see so few pics of me with them when they were small, but like you said, rectify it now – that’s what i am doing – I might not always like the way I look on the photos but if they grow up to love me anywhere as much as I love my parents they will only see their mom and be glad the pictures are there, they wont see any imperfections at all.
