I managed to complete another block tonight, it was quite straight forward and I finished it whilst watching America’s Next Top Model! We told some of our friends and work colleagues about our engagement today which was fun. Everyone was asking if we had set a date and decided on a venue but we haven’t had time to think that far yet. Today I was lucky enough to receive three gifts. The first was a new laptop, a lovely MacBook Pro (to replace my old PowerBook). Then a Nikon D70 (as my boyfriend treated himself to a newer model). Finally a wonderful swap package arrived containing a handmade Easter ornament and some lovely pieces of fabric. I spent the evening making another block for my Dear Baby Jane quilt, this time C-9.
