    My husband introduced us to Five Guys a few years ago and it’s now our go to place for a tasty lunch. My husband has plans for Father’s Day which is next Sunday – we’re trying not to take this personally. So instead we went out for a family lunch today.     Over half term we were invited to try out KidZania which is an experience for kids based at Westfield London. We had never been before so didn’t know much before we arrived and were a little confused to arrive at KidZania International Airport! We were given 50 kidZos (the currency of KidZania), electronic tags around our wrists and a map of the city and then let through into KidZania.     Not only are we celebrating our second Bank Holiday in May but it’s also half term! We’re so happy to be enjoying a few days away from home. The weather has been beautiful so we’ve made the most of being out all day long. I love re-visiting places I enjoyed as a child and we had a great day at Carisbrooke Castle.     My 6 year old loves The Clangers so when I heard that Tiny and Small were making a special appearance at Kings Cross this morning, I knew we would have to go along to meet them.     If you have young children like me you’re probably aware of the characters from Marvel Universe. Both my children have their favourite characters so I was pretty excited to receive an invitation for the family to attend a special event at the Disney Store on Oxford Street for Marvel Universe LIVE!     The May Bank Holiday weekend saw us enjoying a family weekend away. We managed to fit in some grown up time to see the new Captain America: Civil War film which was really good. You can’t beat a bit of escapism. We went antique-ing at Frome Market where I nearly picked up a gorgeous dolls house.
