Day 4

Posted on November 4, 2007 by jenny

Today we’re feeling a bit sad because our pet garden frog has met an untimely end. He was hiding behind a rose bush when we were cutting the grass and is no more. Sigh. So here’s a nice picture taken in Teignmouth this summer. We’re off out to our friends house for dinner.

Day Three

Posted on November 3, 2007November 18, 2022 by jenny

Ooops, I didn’t have time to post yesterday. I was too tired to to do anything after work last night except watch Ugly Betty! Today my mum visited us on a day trip from the Isle of Wight (thanks mum!). We went for lunch at a great gastro-pub in Winchmore Hill and she helped me…

Trying something new

Posted on November 1, 2007March 14, 2015 by jenny

I am feeling much better today. I skipped my course but am bored of being at home, so I know I should go back to work tomorrow. I have spent the day making some Christmas ATC’s and spending copious amounts of time on the internet where I came across nablopomo. I have decided to give…

Winter Cath Kidston catalogue

Posted on October 25, 2007 by jenny

The Winter Cath Kidston catalogue was waiting for me when I got home from work today. These little tins are cute (although I have plenty of proper vintage tins for my button collection). I love this new Christmas fabric … and these decorations. I think I’ll be heading off to my local Cath Kidston shop…

Look what I won!

Posted on October 19, 2007March 6, 2015 by jenny

I was lucky enough to win a copy of Green is the New Black in a giveaway on the Make London blog the other week. The book arrived today and looks great so it is packed in my Orla Kiely weekend bag. Monday is our three year anniversary so I’m ready to be whisked off…
