I like to have lots of games, books and crafts on hand during the summer holidays to keep my children occupied. We’ve only recently started playing board games together but the children love them. They are great for having family time and we’ve found after dinner is the perfect time for us all to sit…
Our homemade mud kitchen has been getting a lot of use this year. To mix it up a little I thought I would set up an invitation to play for my children, using some of the treasure we brought back from the beach earlier this year. Every year we try to have a holiday by…
For me one of the best things about being a blogger is the chance to work with some of my favourite brands. I’ve worked with Cath Kidston a few times now and was so excited to receive an invitation to their Autumn Winter 2016 Press Preview. I really enjoy press shows. I only go to…

Last week we took part in a really fun Go Jetters Twitter Party with Fisher-Price, CBeebies and UKMumsTV. Go Jetters is a really fun and educational programme, all about four adventure-seeking superhero Go Jetters as they explore places around planet Earth. It’s one of those programmes that I really encourage my children to watch as…
My 4 year old believes in fairies, do you? She seems to spend a lot of time watching Tinkerbell films and we have had fun building a fairy garden outside. We are always on the look out for more fairy fun so were delighted to see the Opening Fairy Doors playset which consists of a…
To me summer means putting my feet up and trying to catch some of the Summer Olympics on tv. Although I’m not sporty or particularly competitive I just love the Olympics and watching the best sports people from around the world competing. I also think it’s a good way for my children to learn more…
