I had my 36 week appointment with the midwife today. I wasn’t anticipating any problems and was looking forward to discussing my swollen feet which are giving me so much grief. All my tests results have come back completely normal, even the PLG and the extra growth scan I had in week 30. Today my blood pressure was really high and I’m booked in for another growth scan. The baby’s spine is also aligned with my spine so I have to do an exercise which involves getting down on all fours five times a day to try and turn it.…

I noticed some recent discussions about ante natal classes today so it seems like a good opportunity to think about the first NCT ante natal class we went to on Monday. We always wanted to attend the NCT classes. Some of our closest friends rave about the friends they met on the course they did in Southampton.
