This was the third handmade toy drop for The Toy Society. I made another wee softie scotty dog and dropped it in Highgate Woods. I hope someone found it! Fortunately I dropped it the same weekend that there was an art event going on through the woods so hopefully it was spotted 🙂

Whilst on holiday on the Isle of Wight I really wanted to make and drop another toy for The Toy Society. So that’s exactly what I did using this pattern. We sneaked out after the baby was in bed (don’t worry, my mum was at home!) and dropped the felt scottie dog by the children’s park by the Canoe Lake, Ryde. It was pretty easy to spot from the children’s park so I hope it gets found soon.

Today I undertook my first toy drop through The Toy Society. If you’ve never heard of them before The Toy Society is a world-wide collective of toy makers – of varying skill levels– who make toys and leave them as gifts for perfect strangers.
