    Like many people I love the first day of the month as I receive lots of emails about the latest subscription boxes! I like to treat myself to one a month, as they don’t usually arrive until the end of that month it gives me something to look forward to.     I love subscription boxes and if they are full of a carefully selected mix of Japanese and Korean kawaii products even better. Last week the June Kawaii Box landed on my doorstep and I waited until my children were occupied at school before I opened it. It arrived beautifully packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. I peeled the layer of tissue paper to see what was waiting for me. Inside were 12 fun kawaii items including stationery, bag charms, candy and nail art.     I adore receiving snail mail, not the brown envelope kind, but the little box of monthly loveliness otherwise known as subscription boxes. Last week I received the June Stocking Box which I have been looking forward to sharing with you. The idea behind Stocking Box is a subscription box full of handmade goodies – a Christmas stocking every month! The June box contained all the goodies below wrapped in tissue paper so it was really exciting to look through. There was also a little booklet with information about each artist.
