Dear Baby Jane progress:C-3 Rayelle’s Fence

Posted on May 3, 2008May 5, 2012 by jenny

I’m making very slow progress with my Dear Baby Jane block. Tonight I completed C-3 Rayelle’s Fence which was fun. I used some Cath Kidston fabric, I get twitchy if I don’t use some occasionally!

A little handmade fun

Posted on January 19, 2008October 2, 2025 by jenny

I couldn’t resist making the lavender baby tutorial I saw over at molly chicken yesterday. I think I still have a lot to learn about which fabrics go well together but I love it! I’ve used some Orla Kiely and Michael Miller fabrics for the body and stuffed it with some dried lavender I picked…

The Winter Cath Kidston catalogue was waiting for me when I got home from work today. These little tins are cute (although I have plenty of proper vintage tins for my button collection). I love this new Christmas fabric … and these decorations. I think I’ll be heading off to my local Cath Kidston shop…

My first doll quilt

Posted on September 14, 2007December 8, 2017 by jenny

It’s been a strange week since we’ve returned from our holiday. I’ve had to spend three days at home as we’ve had a garden makeover this week. So I’ve read more and crafted more. Today I made my first doll quilt and it was so much harder than I thought it would be! Don’t look…
