I love trying to make meal times exciting for my children. Too often the toddler shouts “I’m hungry” at me, giving me a very small time frame to whip up something tasty for him. I’m actually quite pleased to say that the Day Zero challenge I started on the 19 September 2010 has finished. It seems a long time ago but my 1001 days are over. Today we were invited to take a special tour of the Sea Life London Aquarium.
