AD | norma&dorothy gifted us these items for our Christmas gift guide
It’s time to mention the C word. This year I started my Christmas shopping really early. Every year I get really stressed so started even earlier this year and have most of the presents and gifts hidden away. I’ve actually enjoyed shopping around, I think because I’ve taken my time and looked for gifts I think people will like.
Every family has some family members who are difficult to buy for. This year I was introduced to norma&dorothy who sell beautiful personalised cards, stationary and gifts. They kindly let me choose some items to gift to those relatives that are hard to buy for. It’s always nice to give something personalised. My daughter has a really unusual name so I love to personalise things for her to make her feel extra special.
Personalised wooden gifts to give this Christmas
My mum has pretty much everything she needs but she loves her tea so I picked a coaster which could be personalised with a message. She’s recently had her kitchen done so I couldn’t resist the floral motif chopping board which I got personalised with a special message. These items could be given all year round but I found them in the Christmas section of their website. They make lovely keepsake items.
Every year we love to add some decorations to our haul. When my husband and I had our first Christmas together we went shopping on Oxford Street for decorations, only to find that we’d left it too late and there was hardly anything left! Today we have a lovely collection of decorations, but we always love to add a few decorations to our haul.
This year we were delighted to choose some decorations from norma&dorothy. We love natural materials so the wooden decorations fit really well with our natural theme. We picked a wooden sign and botanical wreath to decorate our house. I also love the wooden Christmas Eve box. We’ve always had a Christmas Eve box and I am excited to fill this with new pyjamas for the children and some treats to enjoy on Christmas Eve.
