No more writing a list, going in the car to the Supermarket/market/local shop, trailing round putting all the shopping in a trolley, out of the trolley onto the convayer belt, off the convayer belt into bags in the trolley, into the boot of the car, driving home, shopping out of boot into the kitchen and finally into cupboards/fridge/freezer!
