If you’re a fan of Sylvanian Families like we are then I’m sure you’ll know that 31 years since it first arrived in the UK, iconic toy range Sylvanian Families is expanding with the largest product launch in its history – a new town – which ‘opens’ on 1st March.

Collected worldwide by fans as young as three years old through to adulthood, Sylvanian Families comprises miniature, anthropomorphic woodland animals who live in dolls houses within the fictitious, rural ‘Sylvanian Village’.

The launch of the new Sylvanian Families Town (comprising of 22 product lines) allows fans to create an alternative to the usual countryside setting of the Village. An exciting urban destination for the characters to visit on a special ‘day out’, the Town is also where the ‘older sister’ characters work – doing their dream jobs. I can’t wait to tell you more about it and share some of the new products over the next few months.

Back to today and I have a super sweet giveaway to share with all you Sylvanian Families fans. My 6 year old loves her Sylvanian Families and collects the baby figures. She has quite a few and loves to play with them and set up little scenes for them. Today we have a giveaway for the Sylvanian Families Party Set. This set includes a rounded table, four chairs and foods for a children’s party. It’s great for celebrating birthday or just having a party every day. You can play with it on its own but it also goes really well with any of the playsets. As with all Sylvanian Families toys, it helps stimulate imaginative role-play in children.

  220. 1st March. My two girls have just decided they want ALL the Sylvanian Families sets for their birthdays (coming up next month!), so this would be perfect for them!
